For pallet supply
Provide pallet dimensions, new or used condition, used grade, quantity, load weight, entry style, rack or automation use, heat-treatment requirements, delivery ZIP code and required date. For custom pallets, include a drawing, sample or clear photographs with measurements.
For ongoing programs
Share weekly or monthly usage, order frequency, seasonal changes, receiving hours, trailer restrictions, unloading method and payment requirements. Describe quality problems with the current program so the proposed supplier can address them directly.
For haul-offs
Provide separate counts for reusable, damaged and odd-size pallets; include photos and access details. State whether you need a one-time cleanup, scheduled pickups or a trailer program. Accurate information lets the provider price transportation, labor and material disposition responsibly.
