Deck-board thickness and spacing influence load support; fastener pattern and lumber species affect durability. If the pallet is replacing an existing design, share failure points so the supplier can evaluate where added material or a different layout may help.

Wood packaging used in international trade may require ISPM-15-compliant heat treatment and an authorized mark. Confirm the destination and documentation needs before production. Recurring buyers should also provide weekly or monthly volume, delivery cadence, dock hours and trailer preferences so capacity can be planned.
